01

Tell us the need

Share the service, desired outcome, deadlines and relevant constraints.

02

Scope and quote

We clarify deliverables, responsibilities, fees and any prerequisites.

03

Secure onboarding

Agree communication channels, access permissions and confidentiality terms.

04

Delivery and review

Work is delivered through agreed checkpoints and client review.

05

Refine the workflow

Where appropriate, document improvements for future tasks.

1. Enquiry and initial triage

We review the requested service, jurisdiction, language, deadline, expected output and relevant parties. Initial enquiries do not automatically create a client relationship or confirm acceptance.

2. Conflict and suitability review

Where necessary, we request party and matter information to assess conflicts, professional boundaries, capacity and whether the work can be handled appropriately.

3. Scope and service design

A written proposal defines deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, source materials, review responsibilities, reporting, communications, pricing and payment terms.

4. Secure onboarding

Before sensitive materials are shared, the parties agree the transfer method, access permissions, confidentiality requirements, file naming, retention and any client security instructions.

5. Allocation and instruction

Work is allocated according to capacity, skill, language, jurisdictional requirements and supervision needs. Associate involvement is subject to checks and written arrangements.

6. Production and coordination

The assigned team follows the approved instructions, templates and project plan. Questions and missing information are logged rather than silently assumed.

7. Quality review

The agreed checks may include completeness, formatting, cross-referencing, source verification, sampling, peer review or supervisor review, depending on the task.

8. Delivery and client review

Deliverables are sent through the agreed channel. The client reviews them against the acceptance criteria and identifies corrections or scope changes.

9. Revisions and closure

Included revisions are completed as agreed. Additional work is separately scoped. Final versions, open issues and closure status are recorded under the agreed process.

10. Feedback and improvement

Feedback may inform checklists, templates, training and future workflows, subject to confidentiality and data-use restrictions.
